This course is a living curriculum — part map, part practice — designed for healers, yogis, and seekers ready to bring energetic depth into their work. Over 13 months, we move through the cycles of the seasons, beginning with an orientation module that lays the groundwork: energetic theory, energetic and fascial anatomy, somatics, meditation, and shamanic journey.

From there, each class deepens our connection to nature and the traditional seasonal associations with our bodies and the human energy system.

Who It’s For

This course is designed for individuals with some experience in bodywork, yoga, energy medicine, or other healing arts who wish to integrate new energetic perspectives into their existing practice. The teachings focus on self-exploration and personal integration, offering clear bridges into professional application without requiring hands-on instruction.

  • You can begin any time!

  • We meet virtually, twice monthly (typically the same day and time), for instruction.

  • Homework, self-care, etc. in accordance with your personal journey and cycles of the seasons.
