Final project
Choose one protocol from the course and one client/model. Ideally, the client/model will have the pathology you are treating. Perform this protocol for 6 consecutive sessions (weekly or biweekly).
Documentation:
Client intake form with contact information and written consent for this information to be shared with the instructor
Documentation of each session (with progress and SOAP notes)
A brief statement of your overall observations of the effectiveness of the protocol (paragraph or two)
*Students seeking certification must repeat this for each CDTM course
**Protocol may be modified slightly to meet the client’s individual needs; however, full-body Swedish/Deep Tissue massage does not qualify
