Maladies of the Thumb

Chasing the pain down the upper extremity, we find ourselves at the natural conclusion, the thumb. Thumb maladies are often either the result of secondary trigger points or primary. They can be caused by postural-related influences as far up as the shoulder girdle to repetitive motion injuries at the site of the palm itself.
